1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and uubd1 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the uubd1 website, its games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services. By registering an account on uubd1, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using uubd1 immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they exist at the time of use, including any amendments that uubd1 may publish from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with uubd1, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. uubd1 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place a bet under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party or entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update that information if it changes.
• You must not already have an existing uubd1 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Registering a second account for any reason, including circumventing a suspension, is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of uubd1 is lawful in your location.

uubd1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including before processing a withdrawal or issuing a bonus. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in the account being suspended pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on uubd1, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and financial transactions, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, create a unique username, and set a secure password.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any other person or permit any other person to access your account. Specifically:

• You must notify uubd1 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your account until the moment you notify uubd1 of a suspected breach and uubd1 has suspended the account.
• uubd1 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not allow any other person to use your uubd1 account for any purpose, including placing bets on your behalf.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your uubd1 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing an account, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered mobile wallet (bKash or Nagad). Accounts closed at your request may be reopened upon application, subject to re-verification of identity. uubd1 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

uubd1 accepts deposits exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No international payment methods, credit cards, or cryptocurrency transfers are accepted at this time. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by uubd1, though your mobile wallet provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from wallets registered to third parties will be declined and returned to the source.
• uubd1 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may charge its own transaction fee, which is outside uubd1's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes from the time the request is submitted. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• uubd1 may place a withdrawal request on hold pending identity verification. This hold will be lifted within 48 hours of the player providing satisfactory documentation.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

uubd1 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming the same bonus twice using multiple accounts or payment methods will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• uubd1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bets already placed or bonuses already credited will remain valid under the original terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• uubd1 may revoke any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through exploitation of a system error.

Bonuses are not transferable between players, accounts, or devices. They may not be exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering and withdrawal process.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on uubd1 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. It is the player's responsibility to review those rules before placing a bet. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on uubd1:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where uubd1 specifically offers a cash-out option for that market and the player exercises it within the available window.
• In the event of a palpable error in the display of odds (for example, an error that creates a clearly incorrect implied probability), uubd1 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to the relevant players.
• RNG-based games (slots, virtual games) use certified random number generation algorithms. The outcome of each spin or game round is independent of previous and subsequent rounds. uubd1 does not guarantee any outcome or return rate to individual players.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a live casino game, the video record maintained by the provider constitutes the definitive record and its determination is final.

Match Abandonment and Void Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, uubd1 will apply the void and settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In most cases, markets will be voided and stakes returned where an event does not complete within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on uubd1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in a permanent ban and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, including under a different name, mobile number, or device, for any purpose including circumventing a prior suspension or accessing multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Exploiting a technical error, software bug, or misconfigured odds to place bets that you know or reasonably suspect to be incorrectly priced.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activity, money laundering, or any financial crime to deposit into your uubd1 account.

uubd1 employs automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account activity anomalies, and other indicators of prohibited conduct. Investigations may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals while the review is in progress. uubd1 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in relation to any suspected illegal activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

uubd1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide the following tools and measures to help players stay in control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who feels that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting uubd1 support. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the uubd1 platform without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of uubd1's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uubd1 excludes all liability for losses arising from your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, uubd1 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a player's own decisions to place bets, including losses resulting from misunderstanding of game rules, odds, or market conditions.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, third-party payment provider downtime, or events outside uubd1's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if uubd1 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11. Amendments to These Terms

uubd1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uubd1 will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform at the time of next login. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the platform.

Your continued use of uubd1 after amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of uubd1 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. uubd1 operates as an online platform and is not regulated by a specific Bangladeshi government gambling authority. We operate under a safe and secure framework using SSL encryption and certified game providers.
